Low Price Guarantee

Tile Outlets of America guarantees you will not receive a lower retail price from any competitor. Although we regularly price shop our competitors to insure you receive the lowest possible prices, if you happen to find the desired quantity of an identical in-stock item for less at another local retail competitor let us know and, upon verification, we will beat it by 5%.

Our guarantee does not apply to competitor special order purchases, clearance, liquidation or damaged items, or to online purchases. We will match the price on any competitor sale item that otherwise qualifies.

Warranties

All product warranties are limited to those offered by the manufacturer. We will gladly help you resolve any warranty issues when there is a legitimate claim. 

Samples 

All samples are $1.99 each and are shipped free within the continental United States. The size of each sample will vary from 3” x 3” to 6” x 6” depending upon the item. Samples are not available for liners, borders, listellos, inserts, medallions and trims. The limit is 1 sample per item and samples may not be returned.

Online Pricing Strategy and Shipping Costs

 

Tile Outlets of America (TOA) operates traditional brick and mortar flooring superstores in the Southwest Florida market. We leverage our exceptional buying power and relationships with suppliers worldwide to offer extremely competitive prices. The prices offered online are the same prices you would see in our stores.  Our website gives you the opportunity to purchase these items for delivery anywhere in the continental United States (“lower 48”), but there is an additional cost to package and transport these items.  Tile is heavy and shipping is at an all-time high due to fuel and labor costs.  We are not in the freight business and don’t attempt to profit on shipping.  There are online flooring companies that appear to offer free shipping or fixed pricing, but that additional cost is made up for in the pricing of their products.  So, when comparing TOA’s price vs online competitors, make sure you compare the total delivered cost.

 

Shipping costs vary depending upon weight and destination and are calculated by the shipping company. Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. The shipping cost will be added to the total cost of your order.

 

Calculated shipping charges are based on product weight, size, and carrier’s rates. In some cases, we may be able to obtain lower shipping costs through alternative methods of shipping.

 

The automated pricing for LTL (less-than-truckload) shipping provided during online checkout is provided as a convenience and attempts to provide the best rate available.  If it does not seem reasonable, we are always willing to try and shop other freight carriers to see if we can find a lower rate.  Just send an inquiry to sales@tileoutlets.com.  Be sure to include the products you want to purchase, quantity, delivery address and whether the delivery is to a business with a loading dock or a residential delivery that will require a liftgate.  

 

Unfortunately, there are some products that because of their physical size dimensions or weight may not make practical sense to ship.  When possible, we will try to drop ship direct from the manufacturer or distributor.


Shipping Location

All orders must be shipped to a physical address; we will not ship to a PO Box. Currently we only ship to the continental United States.

Delivery Time

Orders received by noon EST, Monday – Friday, will generally ship that business day and orders received after noon EST will generally ship the next business day.

Any orders placed AFTER noon EST Friday, and through to Sunday, WILL NOT be processed until the following Monday at 7 am.

Most orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days after shipment. If you would like expedited shipment, please contact us for a quote. Since shipping delays can occur, we recommend that you not schedule installation until you have received and inspected your order. Since delivery dates are estimates, we cannot guarantee your order will be delivered by a specific date and we will not be responsible for any additional costs you may incur as a result of any shipping delays.

Product Orders

Although we will use our best efforts to fill your order, there may be times when the item you want is not available. Furthermore, we reserve the right to discontinue the sale or change the price of any item at any time without notice. The prices listed on this Site do not include shipping unless otherwise noted or sales taxes, if applicable. These costs will be added to your invoice.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged and collected as required by applicable federal or state law.
