Lulu's #TileRemodel Project Begins Construction!

Lulu's #TileRemodel project has begun construction!

In 106.5 CTQ's Lulu Visits Tile Outlets of America, we shared with you that Suncoast Country's very own Lulu from Maverick and Lulu in the Morning had begun a #TileRemodel project of her own, visiting Tile Outlets to get started on her project.

Since then, her project has progressed into construction phase!

Lulu Has Selected a Wood Look Porcelain Tile for Her #TileRemodel

Lulu's new tile installation will feature a beautiful wood look porcelain tile in 6x24 planks. It's called Botanica Teak and it looks gorgeous as you can see in the photo below. Once installed in her home, it will surely look fantastic!

Needless to say, Lulu is excited about her tile selection.

What's Next for Lulu? Construction (or Demolition) Begins at Home

Well, based on the pictures Lulu took of her home, it looks like a bomb went off in her condo. She's doing her best to stay calm in the midst of the chaos.

As Lulu explains on air:

"I’ve been telling you about my new flooring and things are really moving along! ... Whenever you undertake a renovation project, it's normal to be anxious and I was. After all, your home and things are going to be torn up during the process."

This is the view from Lulu's front door.

And here's the view of those same stairs after some massive demolition of the existing flooring has taken place.

As you can see in this last photo, it's hard to believe that this is Lulu's home-sweet-home. It looks more like a job site than a residence.

Lulu explains,

The products were available right when my installer needed them and the process began flawlessly so all of the anxious feelings I was experiencing disappeared once I began to see my vision becoming a reality.
